The University Sales Center PhD Research Travel Grant Program

The University Sales Center Alliance (USCA) is now offering PhD Student Travel Grants. USCA aims to be recognized as the international leaders in sales research and this program is designed to enhance the ability to pursue sales research.

• There will be 10 travel grants of $1000 each to be given on a first-come basis. There is no deadline.

• Students can use the money to defray the cost of travel to a conference to present a sales-related paper at a session.  Poster sessions and virtual sessions are excluded.

a. To apply, students should email the following documents to Dr. Ravi Sohi at ravisohi@unl.edu.

  1. An application page that should include:
    1. Name and contact information, including the mailing address and email address.
    2. University at which the PhD is being completed.
    3. Year in the doctoral program.
    4. Name and email address of the Department Chair.
    5. Conference at which the paper is being presented.
    6. Title and abstract of the paper.
  2. Their CV.
  3. Proof of paper acceptance. This can be either the acceptance letter received or the listing of the paper in the conference program. Please note that virtual presentations and poster sessions are not eligible for this travel grant.

There is no deadline.  The applications will be accepted on a rolling basis till the 10 grants are awarded.
