USCA is proud to announce the launch of the Best Companies to  Sell for Out of College application process directed at top sales organizations seeking to hire talented salespeople. Our goal is to highlight the Best Companies to Sell for Out of College and to share this list of companies with our USCA sale centers and broadly with the business community. This innovative opportunity aims to unite USCA member universities’ highly qualified and well-trained professional selling students with the Best Companies to Sell for Out of College.

Application Process

Through a competitive application process, companies will be evaluated to identify the Best Companies to Sell for Out of College. The web-based application consists of a series of questions, as well as, opportunities to share specific details about your organization. The queries include topics such as: 
• Internships 
• Campus Recruitment 
• Employee Benefits 
• Compensation 
• Training and Development 
• Company Culture 

Along with the web-based submission, you are asked to provide a brief letter of support from your Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), or top sales officer. When providing your responses, please respond from a national perspective. Currently, we are only looking at data from the US. The web-based survey link will be shared with one individual who has the clear authority to approve and submit the contents, as acknowledged by the top sales officer. The submission process may be collaborative in the organization, where others provide requested information. You may download the survey questions in advance of the submission process in order to assemble the people and documents necessary for completing the application. Each applicant receives an applicant report that summarizes the best practices of the top and notable companies.
